Bookings
Appointments can be booked through the website, by phone or by WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from me.
Consultation
Before your first session, you will be asked to complete a short confidential consultation form. Please let me know of any changes to your health before each session.
Payment
Payment is accepted in cash or by bank transfer. Gift vouchers are paid in advance.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
Home visits
For home visits, please provide a quiet, safe space. A travel supplement applies: £10 within Kingston upon Thames and nearby areas, £15 elsewhere in London and Surrey.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Reflexology and acupressure are complementary therapies. They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and do not replace medical advice. Please consult your GP for any medical concerns.
Right to refuse or stop a session
I may decline or stop a session if it is not suitable or safe, or in case of inappropriate behaviour.
