A personal approach

Making space for rest.

REST is my personal approach to relaxation and wellbeing.

It is built on a simple idea: rest is not only something we need when we are tired. It can become part of the way we live.

Rather than waiting until tension and fatigue have built up, REST encourages you to listen to your body, create moments of release and make space for rest and renewal throughout your daily life.

Every session is adapted to you, your preferences and how you are feeling on the day.

I don’t teach your body how to relax. I help you create the conditions for it to rest.

The method adapts to your body — not the other way around.

Reflexology and acupressure are at the heart of the approach, combined with gentle breathing, calm presence and simple practices you can take home.

Your time to rest

Three Ways to Rest

Start where you are. Many people begin with a pause to recharge, move on to a full session to restore, and, when they are ready, give themselves a longer time to renew.

REST Recharge

30 minutes — £30

A pause to recharge.

A short relaxation session for when time is limited: simply a moment to stop, slow down and unwind.

Choose hand reflexology, foot reflexology or facial & cranial acupressure. The session begins with a brief wellbeing check.

REST Renew

90 minutes — £90

Time to renew yourself.

A longer REST experience combining foot reflexology, facial and cranial acupressure, guided breathing and relaxation, with a confidential consultation and time for aftercare.

The session gives you more time to slow down, release and settle into a deeper state of rest.

It also introduces simple ways to bring moments of rest into your daily rhythm.

Choose your focus:

Foot Reflexology — A gentle reflexology session focused on creating a deeply relaxing experience through the feet.

Hand Reflexology — A gentle way to unwind, ideal if you prefer to remain comfortably seated.

Facial & Cranial Acupressure — Gentle pressure on key points of the face and head to soften tension and invite deep calm.

Your everyday rhythm

Regular Sessions

REST is not only about what happens during a session. Regular moments of rest can become part of your everyday rhythm.

Kingston Hill & home visits

Where Sessions Take Place

Sessions take place either in a quiet, simple space on Kingston Hill, Kingston upon Thames (exact address shared when booking), or in the comfort of your own home — with no rush, just space to slow down and rest.

For home visits, I bring everything needed to create a calm and comfortable experience.

Home visit supplement:

  • + £10 within Kingston upon Thames and nearby areas, including Surbiton, New Malden, Teddington, Richmond and Wimbledon.
  • + £15 elsewhere in London and Surrey.

There is no supplement for sessions at Kingston Hill.

REST Together

Each session can combine gentle movement, breathing, self-acupressure, reflexology techniques, relaxation and other simple REST practices according to the group.

A Simple REST Philosophy

Don’t wait until you are exhausted to rest.

R — Reconnect: come back to yourself and listen to your body.

E — Exhale: breathe, slow down and let go.

S — Soothe: find calm through touch, reflexology and gentle movement.

T — Thrive: leave feeling refreshed, with simple practices to carry into daily life.

REST is about discovering the ways your body can slow down, recharge and reconnect — and gradually making space for rest and renewal as part of everyday life.
