What information I collect

Contact details: name, email, phone number and, for home visits, your address. Booking details: the sessions you book and your preferences. Consultation information: relevant details about your health and wellbeing, collected before your first session so it can be adapted safely to you. Messages you send me through the website, email or WhatsApp.

Why I use it

To arrange, deliver and follow up your sessions; to make sure each session is suitable and safe for you; to reply to your questions and send appointment reminders; and to meet my professional and legal obligations. I will only send you news or offers if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Health information

Information about your health is sensitive. I collect it only with your explicit consent, use it only to adapt your sessions, and keep it confidential.

Who I share it with

I never sell your information. It is only shared with trusted services I use to run my practice (such as my booking and payment provider), or if required by law.

How long I keep it

Client records are kept securely for 8 years from your last appointment (or until age 25 for clients under 18, whichever is longer), in line with professional and insurance requirements, then deleted or destroyed safely.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct your information, and you can withdraw your consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may also have other rights under data protection law. To exercise your rights, please contact me. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
